About our shipping
We have a number of delivery options available for the safe transit of your goods. Our common delivery options are:
Expedited/Fast shipping:DHL,UPS,FedEx,,etc.(4-10days)
Standard(In some areas):CNE Express(10-20days), USPS(8-15days)
Air shipping: 8-20days. Because of air transportation limitations, if some items in your order are not suitable for air shipping, we may ship them in batches or contact you to replace other freight channels, replacement may not be able to package tax!
The express time limit is only used as a reference for transportation time, not including production time.
The specific freight is determined by the weight of the goods and the destination. For details, you can check the order submission page when you enter the shopping cart.
Why is there no option for Economy Shipping, Standard Shipping, and Ocean Shipping when I check out my order?
About the Economy Shipping and Standard Shipping:
1. Economy Shipping and Standard Shipping have a maximum weight limit, it may be your parcel weight has exceeded the limit weight.
2. In some weight sections the cost of Economy/Standard Shipping will be more expensive than Fast Shipping. So the system will automatically close the Economy/Standard Shipping option for you.
3. And also it can be your country/area still does not have the Shipping company we use.
In these three cases, these two shipping options will not appear in your shipping options.
About the Ocean Shipping:
The starting weight of ocean shipping is very high. If your parcel weight doesn't reach the minimum weight of ocean shipping or the shipping company we use doesn't exist in your country/area, the ocean shipping option will not appear in your shipping options

Force Majeure:
Under certain circumstances, such as natural disasters, shipping delays or other force majeure events, delivery times may be delayed. Whilst we will endeavour to ensure on-time delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by these circumstances, but we will endeavour to communicate with you and provide the necessary support.
Shipping damage or loss:
If your parcel is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us:keychaindiy01@gmail.com. immediately. We will assist you in pursuing your claim with the shipping provider and will do our best to resolve the problem.
